My semi-short Hair

This is my hair style before I cut them.. (sorry for bad lighting)

And i want to make it like this..

I wanted Taylor Momsen's new hair cut in the second picture, but I asked to the man to make it shorter. And this is the result.

Hurry hair, grow up please.. Haha.
